AppendChild Overrides the internal AppendChild method to support DDOM functionality. The function unbinds, then rebinds and applies all XRules documents attached to the XmlDocument.
RemoveChild Overrides the internal RemoveChild method to support DDOM functionality. The function unbinds, then rebinds and applies all XRules documents attached to the XmlDocument of the node being removed.
